- General contractor to dig the footings and erect the system when we deliver.
- Electrician to wire the system per our drawings or use theirs.

 3. Firm QuotationList Item 2The prices on our website give a close idea as to what a system will cost but every patio cover is custom so we give you a firm price including shipping. This quotation will include which payments happen along the way.

 6. Footing Preparation- Owner/General Contract calls Diggers Hotline for permission to dig.
- Rebar and footing bolts are shipped to customer to place in the holes.
- General contractor digs the holes which are normally less than 24"x24"x18" deep (or minimum frost line)
- Footings are inspected.
- Concrete is poured to depth shown on drawings.

 8. Shipment Our team arrives with everything required and assembly takes 1-2 days on residntial patio covers.

 9. Assembly (General Contractor or Homeowner-Builder) We can meet with you by video for everystep of the way and on many projects our delivery person can stay on site. Most residential structures take just 1 day to assemble. Contact us for detailed instructions with photos. Generally the solar panels are placed by the general contractor but the electrician/solar contractor can do this as well.

 11. Touch Up PaintingWe ship all the steel primed or galvanized and with 2 coats of 100% acrylic paint of your color choice. But after the process is done there is always touch-up of scrapes, etc.
